First, consciously direct attention to an object or goal. For example, you may want to cultivate emotions today, you may cultivate thoughts today, you may email list cultivate physical feelings today, or you consciously introduce a thought and focus on a certain object.
Second, a non-judgmental attitude means that we cannot be led by judgment.
Third, understand the present moment and experience the present moment. At this moment, we are not looking at the past, we are not looking at the future, we are looking at the chanting of the present thoughts, then there is a dual experience of inner experience and outer experience.
Therefore, mindfulness simply means that you are consciously aware and paying attention in the present moment without judgment.
Secondly, practicing mindfulness also has four foundations: body, feeling, mind, and Dharma.
Body: You can observe your own body as an object, for example, through breathing exercises, body scans, or even when you are exercising.
Feeling: You may feel a certain thing differently, you may have this feeling, you should be aware of it, and you should maintain this awareness and curiosity. Why do you feel this way?
Mind: Mindfulness of the mind, this awareness of thoughts, emotions you may have, it is an exercise in emotions.
Fa: When you have such thoughts, why do you have such thoughts? What is the bottom layer of it in the end? Could it be our values, could it be something else?
